In the reusing cycle, high technical and aesthetic requirements are placed on the hanger. Our quality management thus guarantees the highest standards. With an optimal combination of our automated and manual testing processes, the used hangers easily stand up to brand new hangers. The hangers and ancillary products that cannot be reused for appearance or technical reasons are supplied to the secondary raw material cycle in the connected separation and crushing processes.
The hanger’s technical function in particular is evaluated for its sustainability. We continuously improve our quality management in order to guarantee our customers a flawless product. For example the hook that “supports” everything. It must be durable and withstand the requirements of conveyor technology. The optional patented metal hook refixing procedure is therefore important in order to avoid the negative effects of high-speed sorters.
